Fashion Designer Karl Lagerfeld Disses Adele and Now We Kind of Hate Him

The celebrated fashion designer had some cruel words for Adele recently.

“The thing at the moment is Adele. She is a little too fat, but she has a beautiful face and a divine voice,” the 78-year-old head designer and creative director for Chanel told Metro Paris on Monday about the 23-year-old “Someone Like You” singer. Bite your tongue, buddy!

Karl also chimed in about M.I.A. flipping the bird during Madonna’s Superbowl halftime show performance. “Nowadays people give the middle finger quite quickly – it’s not the best behavior,“ Karl said. “Everybody does that, what’s new about that? It’s just become a bad habit.”
